Individual Education Plans (IEPs)

Web-based ClearTrack 200 means IEPs are drafted online, allowing for greater collaboration among teachers and staff to create better IEPs that are more compliant with IDEA, Leave No Child Behind Act and Chapter 408 requirements.

Teachers or Staff can work directly off of an IEP, a format they are already familiar with, to complete the data entry. A user simply clicks the area of the IEP they need to update and is automatically taken to the data entry field. The interface greatly simplifies the Teacher's task of entering information into a relational database, reduces duplication of effort, and, ensures the information is accurately entered.

New or changed information is automatically reflected in the district's relational database and accessible by Teachers or Staff with permission to access it.

Areas that need to be completed are clearly identified making the IEP drafting process as error-free as possible.

Experienced users also have the option to work from their own custom created data entry documents or from the main menu where they can easily navigate from one area to the next.
